En el maravilloso entorno de Deià

diseña y construye  Petit Deià , la
materialización de un sueño.
Un sueño cuyos elementos
arquitectónicos, medioambientales
y paisajísticos, vienen a resumir esa
materialización de la Historia de
una Mallorca tradicional, cultural, de
élite, en donde el usuario-residente,
en el village dentro del pueblo, se
encuentre en una atmósfera exterior
única y en un hogar exterior e interior
con las mejores características y
estética tradicionales, pero también
con las ventajas de tecnología y
conectividad que fueren necesarias.
Village, en el que, con el nombre de
sus espacios exteriores, volúmenes
edificados y calles, se desearía
evocar y rendir un pequeño tributo a
parajes locales y o personas ilustres
que, hubieran tenido especial
vinculación con Deià.
In the wonderful setting of Deià,
nestled in the Tramuntana Mountain
Range (a UNESCO World Heritage
Site), the  Petit Deià  development
is being designed and constructed
- the realisation of a dream.
Dreams in which the architectural,
environmental and scenic elements
combine to embody the history of
a traditional, cultural and exclusive
Mallorca, where the resident-user,
in the (cottage - village) within the
town, finds themself in a unique
outdoor setting and a home, both
internally and externally, displaying
the finest traditional features and
aesthetics, whilst also boasting
the benefits of the necessary
technology and connectivity. A
village which, with the names of
its outdoor spaces, buildings and
streets, aims to evoke and pay a
small tribute to local places and 
or illustrious figures with a special
connection to Deià.
